The contents of the Marine University Web Sites (which are listed
in the Paragraph titled “Affiliated Web Sites” below and which are hereafter
referred to, collectively, as the “Web Sites”) may not be copied, reproduced,
republished, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed, in
whole or in part, for any purpose other than individual viewing of the Web
Sites without our express prior written consent. Modification of the Web Sites’
contents for any purpose will constitute a violation of our copyrights and
other rights. The use of any content on any of the Web Sites or our networked
computer environment is prohibited unless we approve it in writing.

authors/artists/photographers/creators of contest entries, message board
submissions, photographs, and other materials submitted to us will be credited

Web Sites, you will be deemed to have granted to us, in perpetuity, a license
to use and display that content on our Web Sites as, when and how we deem

5. Legal Governance
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Florida. If any term or provision of this agreement is for any reason held to
be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and
this agreement shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been
contained in this agreement. This agreement contains the entire understanding
between us and you with respect to its subject matter.
